PAPAYA HOUSE, UNAWATUNAShowcasing our signature luxe up for a contemporary gallery style villa in Unawatana.

For this gorgeous double height ceiling, cubic villa, we infused a little theatricality and abstract art to pep things up for a refreshed, impactful, online profile. Enlivened by tropical plants, colour pops and considered motifs, the villa now exudes an easy cool and calm, whilst spotlighting its original impressive proportions.

FAMILY VILLA, HIRIKETIYAPresenting our full 360 service; taking a new build, paint still drying and translating it into a desirable, top tier, holiday home. Blending raw materials, textural finishes and soothing hues, it's a covetable hideaway with the most considered of details.

This flawlessy finished, 3 bed luxury family villa, required a full sourcing and styling service. Our bespoke artwork offering and custom furniture design allow us to present a unique, tailored interior, that really amplifies the innate character and atmosphere of the property. Luxe touches include branded toiletries , monogrammed linen and personalised key chains.
